NOTICE: The scholarship travel request deadline was January 20, 2026. Any travel arrangements made after January 20, 2026 will not be covered or reimbursed.

Scholarship recipients must make travel arrangements through CROI’s travel agency, Sequel Travel.

Travel Support

  • Up to US $750 for travel within the United States or Canada
  • Up to US $1,500 for international travel
  • Travel must be by air at the lowest available economy fare
  • Any costs exceeding the scholarship amount will be covered by the traveler
  • Any changes to the itinerary after booking is the responsibility of the traveler (changes to dates, upgrades, etc)

Important: All travel must be booked through Sequel Travel by Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Travel booked after this date will not be reimbursed, and you will be responsible for the full airfare cost.

The scholarship covers meeting attendance only and includes travel between Denver and the scholar’s hometown 1 to 2 days before or after the meeting. Any travel beyond these dates would be at the scholar’s own expense.

To book your travel as an approved scholarship recipient, please complete the Sequel Travel request form.

After-hours: The after-hours can be found on your confirmed ticket itinerary from Sequel Travel. Please note that there is a fee incurred for the call itself.
