This year, CROI will only have 1 evaluation form that may be completed as you participate. We have improved the CROI evaluation process, which now records your progress and allows you to return to an unfinished evaluation without losing your previous data. Click here for instructions.
To access the Virtual Conference Evaluation Form, you will first need to log in to your CROI account. You will use the log-in credentials that were provided to you by CROIregistration@spargoinc.com via email: 1) your username is the email address you used to register for CROI and 2) your password is your CROI Reference Number. Note that the username is case-sensitive. Please do not share your username and password.
