Uploading a Science Spotlightsᵀᴹ video is optional, but highly encouraged as it will increase engagement with your poster. Bother ePosters and Science Spotlightsᵀᴹ are due on March 3, 2025, at 8:00 AM PT.
Instructions for ePoster Upload
To upload your ePoster, log into the Speaker Portal using the credentials you used to register for CROI. The link to the speaker portal can be found here: CROI 2025 ePoster Upload Speaker Portal.

Instructions for Science Spotlightsᵀᴹ
Presenters create a 2- to 3-minute video with audio narration that focuses on the research question, methodology, and key findings of the poster presentation. These are optional videos that are designed to draw attention to your abstract at CROI. Attendees can access the Spotlight via the CROI Webcast site or Mobile App at any point during the conference to help prepare them for engagement with the presenter during the poster session.
