We are grateful for and support the work you are doing to address the critical issues facing research and global aid.

Please note that CROI is an independent organization, and neither CROI nor IAS-USA is a membership organization. As such, we focus on ensuring we deliver the important science presented at CROI.  However, we do have a number of ways for individuals and groups to organize activities, such as meetings or statements for signatures around CROI.

You may leave flyers or posters at the Meetings and Announcements desks and boards outside the registration area in the Lobby of the Moscone North building (make sure to use QR codes for the postings) starting on Saturday after 3 pm.  Leave extra copies underneath the table so staff can replenish as necessary.

IMPORTANTLY, we ask that individuals refrain from distributing flyers in and around the lobby area, Moscone entrances, and inside meeting rooms. With multiple groups planning different activities, it is essential that everyone follows the same process.  CROI will make regular announcements to attendees that meetings and resources are posted in this area.

There is a CROI Mobile and Desktop App for registered attendees.   Locate a registered attendee and ask them to post an announcement on the Message Board in the Meeting App. Links to videos can also be posted here.

The space in the Convention center is for CROI scientific sessions only and we do not have meeting rooms or space for affiliated activities and meetings.  Any meetings must occur outside the times of the CROI scientific sessions and outside the Convention Center and adjacent space.

There are a number of CROI hotels in the immediate area, the closest being the Hyatt Regency SOMA and Intercontinental that may have meeting rooms to rent, but availability is limited. Do be aware that there is a CROI symposium that goes until 6 pm on Tuesday and a lunch oral abstract session on Wednesday; please schedule any trainings with enough buffer time to travel to the trainings and not draw people away from the scientific sessions.

And, if you can record your training, you can post the links to the videos on the Message boards (the physical one and the App).

Thank you again for the important work you are doing.

Sincerely,
CROI 2025
